ผู้ต้องขังผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของเจ้าพนักงานเรือนจำ ข้อบังคับเรือนจำ หรือระเบียบกรมราชทัณฑ์ ให้ถือว่าผู้ต้องขังผู้นั้นกระทำผิดวินัย
