ในกรณีที่นิติบุคคลกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ถือว่า กรรมการหรือผู้จัดการทุกคนของนิติบุคคลนั้นเป็นผู้ร่วมกระทำผิดกับนิติบุคคลนั้น เว้นแต่จะ พิสูจน์ได้ว่า การกระทำของนิติบุคคลนั้นได้กระทำโดยตนมิได้รู้เห็นหรือยินยอมด้วย
