Section ๗๑

ในกรณีที่มีการฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๑มาตรา ๒๒ มาตรา ๓๔มาตรา ๔๒มาตรา ๕๒วรรคหกมาตรา ๕๗หรือมาตรา ๖๐ให้ถือว่าเป็นการกระทำ ของเจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองอาคาร ผู้ดำเนินการ ผู้ควบคุมงาน หรือผู้อุทธรณ์ตามมาตรา ๕๒ แล้วแต่กรณี หรือเป็การกระทำตามคำสั่งของบุคคลดังกล่าว เว้นแต่บุคคลนั้ จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าเป็น การกระทำของผู้อื่น
