Section ๑๓๐

ผู้ใดฝ่ ฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามหลัเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๕๖หรือ มาตรา ๕๗ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งล้านบาท และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละหนึ่งหมื่นบาทตลอดเวลา ที่ยังฝ่าฝืนอยู่หรือจนกว่าจะได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
