๑๓๑

ผู้ใดฝ่ ฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๑๐๔หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่ง คณะกรรมการควบคุมสถาบันการเงินหรือพนักงานควบคุมสถาบันการเงินตามมาตรา ๑๑๔ต้อง ระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสามแสนบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และปรับอีกไม่เกินวัน ละสามพันบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนอยู่
