ให้บริษัทที่ได้รับรายงานตามมาตรา ๑๓๒(๑) สรุปรายงานและส่งให้ผู้ถือหุ้นทราบ ภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับรายงานในการนี้ บริษัทต้องจัดให้มีสำเนารายงานครบชุดไว้ที่บริษัทเพื่อให้ผู้ถือหุ้น ตรวจสอบได้
