ค่าใช้จ่ายในการตรวจสอบบริษัทนั้น ให้บุคคลดังต่อไปนี้ทดรองจ่ายไปก่อน คือ
(๑) ผู้ถือหุ้นซึ่งเป็นผู้ขอให้นายทะเบียนแต่งตั้งผู้ตรวจสอบ
(๒) นายทะเบียนในกรณีที่มีการตรวจสอบตามมาตรา ๑๒๙
