Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ เครื่องหมายการค้า พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๒๘ตุลาคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔ เป็นปีที่ ๔๖ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้า ฯให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว่าด้วยเครื่องหมายการค้า จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ดังต่อไปนี้
