Section ๑๖

ถ้านายทะเบียนเห็นว่าเครื่องหมายการค้าที่ขอจดทะเบียนรายใดทั้ง เครื่องหมายหรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดอันเป็นสาระสำคัญของเครื่องหมายการค้านั้น ไม่มีลักษณะอันพึงรับ จดทะเบียนได้ตามมาตรา ๖ให้นายทะเบียนมีคำสั่งไม่รับจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้ รายนั้น และมี หนังสือแจ้งคำสั่งพร้อมด้วยเหตุผลให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนทราบโดยไม่ชักช้า
