ถ้าได้ หนดเวลากันไว้ว่าจะพึ คืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝากนั้นเมื่อไร ท่าน - ๑๓๓ - ว่าผู้รับฝากไม่มีสิทธิจะคืนทรัพย์สิ ก่อนถึงเวลากำหนดเว้นแต่ในเหตุจำเป็อันมิอาจจะก้าวล่วง เสียได้
