Section ๖๖๕

ผู้รับฝากจำต้องคืนทรัพย์สินซึ่งรับฝากไว้นั้นให้แก่ผู้ฝาก หรือ ทรัพย์สินนั้นฝากในนามของผู้ใด คืนให้แก่ผู้นั้น หรือผู้รับฝากได้รับคำสั่งโดยชอบให้คืนทรัพย์สิน นั้นไปแก่ผู้ใด คืนให้แก่ผู้นั้น แต่หากผู้ฝากทรัพย์ตาย ท่านให้คืนทรัพย์ินนั้นให้แก่ทายาท
