อันเช็คนั้น ต้องมีรายการดั่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ (๑)คำบอกชื่อว่าเป็นเช็ (๒)คำสั่งอันปราศจากเงื่อนไขให้ใช้เงินเป็นจำนวนแน่นอน (๓)ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อและสำงานของธนาคาร (๔)ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อของผู้รับเงิน หรือคำจดแจ้งว่าให้ใช้เงินแก่ผู้ถือ (๕)สถานที่ใช้เงิน (๖)วันและสถานที่ออกเช็ค (๗)ลายมือชื่อผู้สั่งจ่าย
