บุ คลใดได้เช็คขีดคร่อมของเขามาซึ่งมีคำว่ “ห้ามเปลี่ยนมือ” ท่านว่าบุคคลนั้นไม่มีสิทธิในเช็คนั้นยิ่งไปกว่า และไม่สามารถให้สิทธิในเช็คนั้นต่อไปได้ดีกว่าสิทธิ ของบุคคลอันตนได้เช็คของเขามา
