บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในหมวด๒อันว่าด้วยตั๋วแลกเงินดังจะกล่าว ต่อไปนี้ ท่านให้ยกมาบังคับในเรื่องเช็คเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดกับสภาพแห่งตราสารชนิดนี้ คือบทมาตรา ๙๑๐,๙๑๔ถึง ๙๒๓,๙๒๕,๙๒๖,๙๓๘ถึง ๙๔๐,๙๔๕,๙๔๖,๙๕๙,๙๖๗,๙๗๑ ถ้าเป็นเช็คที่ออกมาแต่ต่างประเทศ ท่านให้นำบทบัญญัติดังต่อไปนี้มาใช้บังคับ ด้วย คือบทมาตรา๙๒๔,๙๖๐ถึง ๙๖๔,๙๗๓ถึง ๙๗๗,๙๘๐
