Section ๑๔๕

ร่างพระราชบัญญัติที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบของรัฐสภาแล้ว ให้นายกรัฐมนตรี รอไว้ห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับร่างพระราชบัญญัตินั้นจากรัฐสภา ถ้าไม่มีกรณีต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๑๔๘ ให้นำขึ้นทูลเกล้าทูลกระหม่อมถวายภายในยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันพ้นกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว
