ให้นำความในมาตรา ๑๔๘มาใช้บังคับแก่ร่างข้อบังคับการประชุมสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ร่างข้อบังคับการประชุมวุฒิสภา และร่างข้อบังคับการประชุมรัฐสภาที่สภาผู้แทนราษฎร วุฒิสภา หรือรัฐสภา แล้วแต่กรณี ให้ความเห็นชอบแล้ว ก่อนนำไปประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาด้วยโดยอนุโลม
