ข้อ ๑๒ ในกรณีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการตามมาตรา ๕
(๑) ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติ ตามข้อ ๑๑ ให้คณะกรรมการมีคำสั่งไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตดังกล่าว ประกอบกิจการการรับ จัดบริการขนส่งสำหรับการประกอบพิธีฮัจย์ในปีถัดไป
