ข้อ ๑๗ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบกิจการตามมาตรา ๕ ซึ่งไม่เป็นผู้อยู่ระหว่าง ถูกดำเนินการตามข้อ ๑๓ วรรคหนึ่ง หากประสงค์จะเลิกประกอบกิจการ ให้แจ้งขอยกเลิกใบอนุญาต พร้อมคืนใบอนุญาตต่อเลขาธิการตามแบบ กฮ.3 ท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้การอนุญาตสิ้นผลตั้งแต่วันที่เลขาธิการได้รับแจ้งตามวรรคหนึ่ง
