Section ๑๖๐

เมื่อมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่า มีการใช้ยานพาหนะใดในการนำหรือพาของที่ยังมิได้ เสียอากร ของต้องห้าม ของต้องกำกัด หรือของที่ยังมิได้ผ่านพิธีการศุลกากรเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร หรือส่งหรือพาของดังกล่าวออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร ให้พนักงานศุลกากรมีอำนาจสั่งให้หยุดยานพาหนะ เพื่อตรวจหรือค้นยานพาหนะ หรือบุคคลที่อยู่ในยานพาหนะนั้น
