บรรดาของหรือสิ่งที่ยึดไว้ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวกับ การศุลกากรต้องส่งมอบให้พนักงานศุลกากรเพื่อดำเนินการตามกฎหมายต่อไป ของหรือสิ่งที่ยึดและตกเป็นของแผ่นดินหรือที่ศาลสั่งให้ริบตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือกฎหมายอื่น ที่เกี่ยวกับการศุลกากร ให้จำหน่ายตามระเบียบที่อธิบดีกำหนด เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๕๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๗ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๐
