มาตรา ๒

ข้อ ๒ ห้ามมิให้ออกใบอนุญาตตามกฎกระทรวงนี้แก่ยานพาหนะซึ่งต้องห้ามตามพันธกรณี ที่ประเทศไทยมีตามความตกลงระหว่างประเทศ ซึ่งรวมถึงความตกลงระหว่างประเทศ ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) สนธิสัญญาไม่แพร่ขยายอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ (Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons)

(๒) สนธิสัญญาเขตปลอดอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (Treaty on the Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone)

(๓) สนธิสัญญาห้ามอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ (Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons)

(๔) ความตกลงระหว่างรัฐบาลแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยกับทบวงการพลังงานปรมาณูระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อพิทักษ์ความปลอดภัยทางนิวเคลียร์ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับสนธิสัญญาไม่แพร่ขยายอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ (Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons) เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๔๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๗ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๗

(๕) พิธีสารเพิ่มเติมความตกลงระหว่างรัฐบาลแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยกับทบวงการพลังงานปรมาณู ระหว่างประเทศเพื่อพิทักษ์ความปลอดภัยทางนิวเคลียร์ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับสนธิสัญญาไม่แพร่ขยาย อาวุธนิวเคลียร์ (Protocol Additional to the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons)
