Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ คุ้มครองผู้บริโภค พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๓๐เมษายนพ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ เป็นปีที่ ๓๔ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรมีกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ทำหน้าที่รัฐสภาดังต่อไปนี้
