เจ้าของรวมคนหนึ่งๆ มีสิทธิใช้ทรัพย์สินได้ แต่การใช้นั้นต้องไม่ ขัดต่อสิทธิแห่งเจ้าของรวมคนอื่นๆ ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเจ้าของรวมคนหนึ่งๆ มีสิทธิได้ดอกผลตามส่วนของ ตนที่มีในทรัพย์สินนั้น
