ถ้าผู้ซื้อพบเห็นความชำรุดบกพร่องในทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้รับซื้อ ผู้ซื้อ ชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงราคาที่ยังไม่ได้ชำระไว้ได้ทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วนเว้นแต่ผู้ขายจะหาประกันที่ สมควรให้ได้
