ผู้สู้ราคาย่อมพ้นความผู พันในราคาซึ่งตนสู้แต่ขณะเมื่อมีผู้อื่นสู้ ราคาสูงขึ้นไป ไม่ว่าการที่ผู้อื่นสู้นั้นจะสมบูรณ์หรือมิสมบูรณ์ประการใด อีกประการหนึ่งเมื่อใด ถอนทรัพย์สินรายนั้ จากการทอดตลาดผู้สู้ราคาก็พ้นความผู พันแต่ขณะที่ถอนนั้นดุจกัน
