ถ้าผู้สู้ราคาสูงสุดละเลยเสียไม่ใช้ราคาไซร้ ท่านให้ผู้ทอดตลาดเอา ทรัพย์สินนั้นออกขายอีกซ้ำหนึ่ง ถ้าและได้เงินเป็นจำนวนสุทธิไม่คุ้มราคาและค่าขายทอดตลาดชั้น เดิม ผู้สู้ราคาเดิมคนนั้นต้องรับผิดในส่วนที่ขาด
