Section ๙๓๕

อันการรับรองนั้นย่อมมีได้สองสถาน คือรับรองตลอดไป หรือ รับรองเบี่ยงบ่าย การรับรองตลอดไปคือยอมตกลงโดยไม่แก้แย้งคำสั่งของผู้สั่งจ่ ยแต่อย่างหนึ่ง อย่างใดเลย ส่วนการรับรองเบี่ยงบ่ายนั้น กล่าวเป็นเนื้อความทำผลแห่งตั๋วเงินให้แผกไปจากที่ เขียนสั่งไว้ กล่าวโดยเฉพาะก็คือว่า ถ้าคำรับรองมีเงื่อนไขก็ดี หรือรับรองแต่เพียงบางส่วนก็ดีท่านว่าเป็นรับรองเบี่ยงบ่าย
