Section ๙๔๓

อันการถึ กำหนดแห่งตั๋ วแลกเงินซึ่งสั่งให้ใช้เงินเมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลา อันใดอันหนึ่งนับแต่วันได้เห็นนั้น ท่านให้กำหนดนับแต่วันรับรองหรือวันคัดค้าน ถ้าไม่มีคำคัดค้าน และคำรับรองมิได้ลงวัน ท่านให้ถือว่าผู้รับรองได้ให้คำรับรอง นั้นในวันท้ายแห่งกำหนดเวลาซึ่งจำกัดไว้ตามกฎหมาย หรือตามสัญญาเพื่อการยื่นตั๋วนั้น
