Section ๙๔๔

อันตั๋วแลกเงินซึ่งให้ใช้เงินเมื่อได้เห็นนั้น ท่ นว่าย่อมจะพึงใช้เงิน ในวันเมื่อยื่นตั๋ว ทั้งนี้ต้องยื่นให้ใช้เงินภายในกำหนดเวลา ซึ่งบังคับไว้เพื่อการยื่นให้รับรองตั๋วเงิน ชนิดให้ใช้เงินในเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งภายหลังได้เห็นนั้น
