Section ๒๔๔

ศาลอุทธรณ์จะอ่านคำพิพากษานั้นเอง หรือจะส่งไปให้ศาลชั้นต้นอ่านก็ได้ ในกรณี เหล่านี้ให้ศาลที่อ่านคำพิพากษามีคำสั่งกำหนดนัดวันอ่านส่งให้แก่คู่ความอุทธรณ์ทุกฝ่าย มาตรา๒๔๔/๑[๒๔๒] ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๒๔๗คำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาลอุทธรณ์ให้เป็นที่สุด
