ระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญนี้ หรือ ในข้อกำหนดของศาล หรือตามที่ศาลกำหนดเมื่อศาลเห็นสมควร หรือเมื่อคู่กรณีร้องขอ ศาลอาจย่นหรือ ขยายได้ตามความจำเป็น เพื่อประโยชน์แห่งความยุติธรรม เว้นแต่รัฐธรรมนูญจะกำหนดระยะเวลา ไว้เป็นการเฉพาะ
