เพื่อให้การพิจารณาคดีเป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็วและเป็นธรรม ศาลอาจ กำหนดให้มีการตรวจพยานหลักฐานก่อนก็ได้ แต่ต้องแจ้งคู่กรณีทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสิบห้าวัน ก่อนวันนัดตรวจพยานหลักฐาน
