Section ๕๑

คำร้องที่ได้ยื่นต่อศาลไว้แล้ว ก่อนศาลจะมีคำวินิจฉัยหรือมีคำสั่ง ถ้าผู้ร้องตาย หรือมีการขอถอนคำร้อง หรือไม่มีเหตุที่จะต้องวินิจฉัยคดีนั้น ศาลจะพิจารณาสั่งจำหน่ายคดีนั้นก็ได้ เว้นแต่การพิจารณาคดีต่อไปจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสาธารณะ ส่วนที่ ๓ องค์คณะและการพิจารณาคดี
