Section ๕๑

ข้อ ๕๑ คลังก๊าซธรรมชาติที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการคลังก๊าซธรรมชาติอยู่ก่อนวันที่ กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ได้รับการยกเว้นไม่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ เว้นแต่กรณีที่กำหนดไว้ ในข้อ ๓ วรรคสองและวรรคสาม ข้อ ๓๒ ข้อ ๓๓ ข้อ ๓๔ ข้อ ๓๗ ข้อ ๓๘ ข้อ ๔๐ ข้อ ๔๑ ข้อ ๔๒ ข้อ ๔๓ ข้อ ๔๔ ข้อ ๔๕ ข้อ ๔๖ ข้อ ๔๗ ข้อ ๔๘ ข้อ ๔๙ และข้อ ๕๐ ต้องปฏิบัติ ให้ถูกต้องภายในระยะเวลาหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
