ข้อ ๒๒ ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราเพื่อการค้าผู้ใดประสงค์จะผลิตสุราต่อเนื่องจากระยะเวลา ที่กำหนดไว้ในใบอนุญาต ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราเพื่อการค้าภายในเก้าสิบวันก่อนวันที่ ใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุ เมื่อได้ยื่นคำขอตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตสามารถผลิตสุราต่อไปได้จนกว่าอธิบดี จะมีคำสั่งไม่อนุญาต
