Section ๔

ข้อ ๔ ในกรณีที่คำขอขึ้นทะเบียนและเอกสารและหลักฐานถูกต้องและครบถ้วนแล้ว ให้นายทะเบียนพิจารณาคำขอ โดยนายทะเบียนจะมีคำสั่งรับขึ้นทะเบียนได้ต่อเมื่อปรากฏว่า ผู้ขอขึ้นทะเบียนมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖๔/๑ และให้ออกบัตรประจำตัว ผู้นำเที่ยวให้แก่ผู้ยื่นคำขอภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำขอขึ้นทะเบียน
