ข้อ ๗ การยื่นคำขอตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียน ณ สำนักงานทะเบียน ธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์สาขาที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่ครอบคลุมภูมิลำเนาเฉพาะการของผู้ขอขึ้นทะเบียน เป็นผู้นำเที่ยว หรือสถานที่อื่นตามที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด โดยคำนึงถึงการอำนวยความสะดวก และการลดภาระแก่ผู้ยื่นคำขอ
