Section ๑๐

ข้อ ๑๐ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตที่ประสงค์จะขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ให้ยื่นคำขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ต่อเลขาธิการ พร้อมด้วยเอกสารหรือหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ภายใน เก้าสิบวันแต่ไม่น้อยกว่าสามสิบวันก่อนใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุ ให้นำความในข้อ ๖ ข้อ ๗ และข้อ ๘ มาใช้บังคับแก่การพิจารณาต่ออายุใบอนุญาต โดยอนุโลม
