Section ๑๕

ข้อ ๑๕ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสีต้องเก็บรักษาเครื่องกำเนิด รังสีไว้ ณ สถานที่ตามที่ระบุไว้ในใบอนุญาต ในกรณีที่เครื่องกำเนิดรังสีที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสีสูญหาย ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตแจ้งต่อเจ้าหน้าที่โดยทันที
