ข้อ ๑๒ ในกรณีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตมีความประสงค์จะเคลื่อนย้ายวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ออกจาก สถานประกอบการตามข้อ ๒ (๑) หรือ

(๒) ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตแจ้งให้สำนักงานทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า สิบห้าวันก่อนวันเริ่มเคลื่อนย้ายวัสดุนิวเคลียร์
