ข้อ ๑๗ ให้นำความในข้อ ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง ข้อ ๖ ข้อ ๗ ข้อ ๘ และข้อ ๙ มาใช้บังคับ แก่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตหรือผู้แจ้งซึ่งมีวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ในสถานประกอบการตามข้อ ๒
