ข้อ ๓๖ ในกรณีที่หน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการไม่ใช่กรมธนารักษ์ ให้หน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการ จัดส่งสำเนาสัญญาให้กรมธนารักษ์ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ลงนามในสัญญา
