ข้อ ๔๒ ในกรณีที่หน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการไม่ใช่กรมธนารักษ์ ให้หน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการ จัดส่งสำเนาสัญญาฉบับแก้ไขให้กรมธนารักษ์ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ลงนามในสัญญาฉบับแก้ไขนั้น
