สิ่งของหรือวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ประกาศตามมาตรา ๑๑

(๙) หากเป็นเครื่องมือหรือ ส่วนหนึ่งของเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารนายกรัฐมนตรีอาจประกาศให้ใช้มาตรการดังกล่าว ทั่วราชอาณาจักรหรือในพื้นที่อื่นซึ่งมิได้ประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินเพิ่มขึ้นด้วยก็ได้
