ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๕๕ มาตรา ๕๗ หรือมาตรา ๕๘ ต้องชำระค่าปรับ ทางปกครองในอัตราไม่เกินร้อยละสิบของรายได้ในปีที่กระทำความผิด ในกรณีที่เป็นการกระทำความผิดในปีแรกของการประกอบธุรกิจ ให้ชำระค่าปรับทางปกครองใน อัตราไม่เกินหนึ่งล้านบาท
