Section ๘๘

ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามค้าสั่งของนายกรัฐมนตรี หรือขัดขวาง การกระท้าการใด ๆ ที่ด้าเนินการให้เป็นไปตามค้าสั่งของนายกรัฐมนตรีที่ออกตามมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคสอง หรือฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามประกาศที่ออกตามมาตรา ๕๗ หรือมาตรา ๕๘ ต้องระวางโทษจ้าคุก ไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทังจ้าทังปรับ
