ผู้ใดขัดขวางหรือไม่อ้านวยความสะดวกตามสมควรแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๖๖ หรือมาตรา ๖๗ ซึ่งได้น้ามาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมตามมาตรา ๗๗ ต้องระวางโทษจ้าคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทังจ้าทังปรับ
