Section ๓๗

ให้เอกอัครราชทูต กงสุลใหญ่ หรือผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งที่เรียกชื่ออย่างอื่นที่ได้รับ แต่งตั้งให้มีหน้าที่เช่นเดียวกับเอกอัครราชทูตหรือกงสุลใหญ่ มีหน้าที่ปกครอง ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และ ใช้ที่ราชพัสดุซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในประเทศหรือเขตที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของตน เว้นแต่กรณีที่บัญญัติไว้ ในมาตรา ๓๘
