บรรดากฎกระทรวงหรือระเบียบที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ใช้บังคับ ให้คงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่าจะมี กฎกระทรวงหรือระเบียบที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๒๘ ก หนา้ ๑๓ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๙ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๒
