ให้จัดตั้งกองทุนขึ้นกองทุนหนึ่งในสำนักงานศิลปวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม เรียกว่า “กองทุนส่งเสริมศิลปะร่วมสมัย” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นทุนหมุนเวียน เกี่ยวกับการให้การอุดหนุนหรือให้กู้ยืมเงินแก่ผู้ขอรับการส่งเสริม ตลอดจนการดำเนินการอื่นเกี่ยวกับ การส่งเสริมศิลปะร่วมสมัยตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
